"How to Improve Our Memory"
Participants in this seminar will learn about the mental faculty that allows us to retain information as well as recall experiences known as memory. The human memory is a highly complex neurological system. Every individuals ability to encode, store, retrieve and interpret their own memory helps to distinguish each of us from the person standing next to us.
Participants will review the following:
- How are memories formed?
- How are they stored?
- How are they retrieved?
- How does this process differ from person to person?
- Why do we forget?
- Why do we remember?
- What factors contribute most to memory loss, memory management and memory
improvement?
The cost for this two hour sessions is $150 and participants will receive 10 memory improvement activities.
